Saturday, November 1, 2008 - Recycling!

Of course Will insisted that we recycle all of the Graybar moving boxes. I think there were a a GA - ZILLION boxes that we brought and unloaded.

Friday, October 31, 2008 - Happy Halloween and Moving in Day!
The Graybar moving truck arrived at our home in Katy early in the morning. They worked hard all day to get us uloaded and set up in our home. That evening we trick or treated in our new neighborhood and went to our friends (The Barrett's) Halloween party! What a great day!

Will and Louis in front of our new home!

A tired scarecrow returns home and ready to go trick or treating again in the Barrett's neighborhood!

Tuesday, October 28, 2008 - One last stop!

We stopped at the Millenium Park in Lake Charles on the way to Katy. We ate Darrell's sandwiches with Uncle Andrew and played before leaving.

Monday, October 27, 2008:
The Graybar moving truck meets us in Lake Charles to pack up our home. It took them one day to pack everything up into boxes. Will and Louis had so much fun playing in the boxes and going inside of the big truck. The crew was great and very healthy eaters. We said our last goodbye to our first home! Many great memories and our two boys were born here in Lake Charles....now to Katy to begin new ones.

Friday, October 24, 2008:

After six weeks of living at the Omni...this was our last night there. Will and Louis had so much fun feeding the fish everyday and riding up and down the elevators. I am sure they will miss us!

Pumpkin Patch in Moss Bluff

October 19, 2008

We visited the Pumpkin Patch in Moss Bluff on Saturday at the Methodist church. Will wanted to find a pumpkin with the biggest stem...and he did! Our pumpkin is the big one in the middle of the picture where the bridge is located. The movers will have fun loading up our pumpkin on the dolly! Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Houston Adventures

October 11-18, 2008

Before heading back to Houston...we spent some time at Sasol's company picnic. Since we happen to know the President of North America now...hey Pop Pop...thanks for letting Will dunk you!"

This was our first "full" week in Houston together with Thomas. We feed the fish twice a day at the Omni. Everyone at the hotel knows Will and Louis...even our concierge. They give me an agenda each day! Will likes to go up to the top floor and back down again. We had alot of fun and ate Mexican every night with they boys...chips and salsa are very important!

I will send out moving cards soon with any updated information....address, email, phone numbers, etc. So be looking for that coming your way!

I think we have been to the Katy Mills Mall everyday! We even visited the Dewberry Farms, in Brookshire, with one the mom's group I belong to...of Katy. They boys had so much fun and we all met new friends! They were able to pick their own pumpkins. Will had so much fun on all of the rides and spots along the way...Louis on the other hand...did not like the hay! He thought it was itchy! Who would have figured?
