The Miller and Brown Family 2003

May 2003 - Thomas graduates from LSU! Go Tigers! He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. One of his gifts from me was a new grill...with the wedding ahead in August...he will need something to cook for me on! We have now BOTH offically graduated from college!

June 2003 - Bridal shower given to me by family friend - Hilda DeVillier and my parents.

July 2003 - Thomas is working for Baker Hughes and I am currently Director of Education at Sylvan Learning center. It is a couple of weeks before the wedding, but we are moving to New Orleans...this is our new apartment in Metarie. I will now be teaching first grade at St. Rita Catholic School in Harahan and Thomas will be at USG. We are very excited to be moving to New Orelans.

July 31, 2003 - The rehersal was at the cathedral and followed at Pujo Street Cafe' for dinner. We officially signed the marriage license. Of course Monsignor Greig came and enjoyed the evening with us! Some LSU buddies came down for the wedding...Ricky and Loren and Thomas...the three study partners!

August 2003 - Honeymoon - Florida and Scuba Diving. Monsignor Greig did tell us that we were the only couple that has ever called us on their "HONEYMOON".

2003 - One of our fondest memories about living in New Orleans is the great food, people, and THE NEW ORLEANS SAINT GAMES! Where else can you enjoy a glass of crown and coke on a Sunday!
